VILLA JADE
OVERVIEW
Villa Jade is a traditional finca that has been renovated to provide high quality villa rental close to Cala Vadella beach on the west coast of Ibiza The villa is set in a small valley with pine tree covered hills flanking the house. The plot is a huge 80,000 square metres and from a viewing point in the grounds you can see Es Vedra island and you will also have sunset views.

The villa is single storey with most bedrooms having independent entrance The main house consists of the fully equipped traditional style kitchen with Sabina wood ceiling and exposed stone walls, living area; again, with Sabina wood ceiling and exposed stone walls; and a bedroom with double bed and there is a bathroom in the main house.
To the right of the main house are 2 independent bedrooms, both bedrooms have independent entrance, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. These bedrooms have twin mattresses in a double bed frame so can be prepared for you as either double or twin bed are required.
To the left of the main house are 3 further bedrooms, both with independent entrance, air conditioning and en suite bathroom
Outside
The main swimming pool has an infinity edge and there is also a small plunge pool next to the large and well equipped outside dining and BBQ area which, again, has traditional style ceiling with Sabina wood; charcoal BBQ, gas hob, gas grill, sink, bench style seating and chill out corner.

The villa is mostly solar powered and sits within a protected area of natural beauty in Ibiza.
The villa is close to the road that runs between Sant Josep and Cala Vadella so guests should expect some road noise, although this is not a main or a particularly busy road by day or by night.
