VILLA CAN MIGUEL (San Miguel)
OVERVIEW
Villa Can Miguel is only 1 kilometre from the traditional village of San Miguel in the North of Ibiza. The villa was built in 2017 in a traditional style and has 5 bedrooms and set in a plot of 8,000 square metres. The views from the pool area are to the sea in one direction and the church at the top of San Miguel village in the other.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor The first floor also had an open plan living area with sofas that leads to the bedrooms and also to a terrace that looks over the pool. The terrace has a sofa, hammock and dining table
The master bedroom has a Double bed (180 cms x 180 cms), walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower
The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and Juliette balcony The third bedroom again has twin beds and ceiling fan
The fourth bedroom has a double bed (150 cms x 180 cms) and air conditioning There is a bathroom on the first floor
On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning The third bathroom is on the ground floor
The open plan living and kitchen area includes the fully equipped traditional style kitchen with breakfast table. (There is a utility room in the garage on the basement level with washing machine); and the living room has wooden beams, fireplace, TV and leads to the:
