WHAT WE THINK
Functional villa which is close to Ibiza Town. It's a modern
build so we think it does lack a bit of character but all bedrooms
have air conditioning and there are 4 bathrooms (3 are en suite).
The master bedroom is a very good size with large bathroom
and walk-in wardrobe, whilst the other 3 bedrooms are smaller but
similar size to each other. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have a private
terrace, and the 2 downstairs bedrooms have independent entrance,
so the villa also works well for multi-generational families where
some maybe coming home later than others ! On our last visit there
is no neighbour to the right hand side, just an empty plot so only
neighbours to the left and opposite.

app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the
villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far
outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging
transport.
