A simple but comfortable villa located along a track and only 800 metres to the hamlet of Forada (Can Tixedo Cafe & Can Tixedo Restaurant, Sa Botega de Can Tixedo Grocery Store: a small boutique deli which also has takaway options such as cooked organic whole chicken; and the weekly market every Saturday from 10am to 3pm (Mercat de Forada)

Located off the tourist trail the villa is less than 6 kilometres to the village of San Rafael and just over 6 kilometres to San Antonio Bay on the west coast The small villages of San Mateo (Sant Mateu de Albarca) and Sant Ines (Santa Agnes de Corona) are close by at 7 kms and 6.5 respectively Santa Gertrudis is 8 kilometres and Ibiza Town 12 kilometres so you can benefit from being in the heart of the beautiful Ibiza countryside but with the many attractions of Ibiza accessible

Key notes Please note that there is no air conditioning but fans are provided Being a traditional house the walls are thick and do help to regulate the inside temperature Room fans are provided The house is reached via a dirt road; a regular hire car will be fine but as with many untarmacked roads the road is a bit bumpy and rutted Please check with is for any additional heating costs in the winter months (from November to April)
