The location is ideal; rural with a large 15,000 square metre plot and views across the lush fields to the hills beyond and very close to Santa Gertrudis village which is 2.1 kilometres away (reached partly via an unmade and slightly bumpy road as you would expect in rural Ibiza) and where you will find a great selection of restaurants and bars in the quaint and traditional village square. There are also some very nice boutique shops to tempt you! Access to the rest of the island is really easy and most points can be reached within a 20 minute drive. The villa offers peace & tranquility with rural views and a very high standard. The villa is all on one level. The inside space is 185 square meters
