January 2026

1st January:  New Year's Day - Public Holiday

6th January - Epiphany - Public Holiday (Three Kings Day - the arrival of the Three Kings on the 5th as they parade through the streets of the main towns - enjoy Three Kings cake to mark Epiphany)

17th January: Sant Antoni (San Antonio) - Patron Saint celebrations

21st January: Santa Agnes (Santa Ines) - Patron Saint celebrations
 


February 2026

12th February: Santa Eulalia, Patron Saint celebrations 

 


March 2026

1st March: Balearic Day - celebrated across all Balearic Islands - includes - Ibiza Carnival in Ibiza Town, Santa Eulalia and San Antonio (normally held the first Sunday of March and when Ibiza stars to come to life again after a winter slumber)

19th March: Sant Josep (San Jose), Patron Saint celebrations  



April 2026

2nd April: Sant Francesc de S'Estany, Patron Saint celebrations

5th April: Sant Vincente de Sa Cala, Patron Saint celebrations

23rd April: Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, Patron Saint celebrations

Easter 2026
Not to be missed is the traditional Catholic parade through the streets of old Town Ibiza that starts on Maundy Thursday and continues to Easter Sunday
Weather permitting many beach clubs start to open for Easter - so this is the unofficial start to summer!

2nd April - Maundy Thursday: Many business will close or operate on reduced hours to commemorate the religious festivities 
3rd April - Easter Friday (Good Friday):  Events in most villages with the largest procession in Ibiza Town
5th April - Easter Sunday
6th April - Many businesses will remain closed or operate reduced hours for the last day of Easter

 


May 2026

1st May: May Day / Labour Day - Public Holiday

3rd May (1st Sunday in May): Festivities in Santa Eulalia

Medieval Festival Ibiza Town (World Heritage celebrations) TBC - normally first or second weekend of May  

17th May: Puig d'en Valls - Patron Saint celebrations  

 


June 2026

23rd June: Eve of Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan) celebrations mainly on the beaches - particularly in Talamanca & Figueretas with bonfires & fireworks

24th June: Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan), Patron Saint celebrations in the village 

 


July 2026

10th July: Es Canar, Patron Saint celebrations

16th July: Ibiza Town, Es Cubells and Portinax celebrate Virgin of Carmen     


August 2026

5th August: Santa Maria, Patron Saint of the island of Ibiza - Public Holiday in most of Ibiza (most shops & restaurants will be open)     

8th August: Saint Ciriac. Patron Saint of Ibiza Town (Includes fireworks celebration at midnight)

10th August: Sant Llorenc de Balafia (San Lorenzo), Patron Saint celebrations

15th August: Cala Llonga celebrates Assumption of Virgin Mary - Public Holiday in most of Ibiza  (most shops & restaurants will be open)

24th August: Sant Antoni (San Antonio), Patron Saint celebrations

28th August: Sant Agusti (San Agustin), Patron Saint celebrations
