Q: Can I move the furniture? A: Please don't move furniture outdoors or rearrange it permanently — most villas are private homes, so treat the contents as you would your own.
Q: Is air conditioning included? A: Where advertised, yes. Please avoid running it with doors/windows open — it works harder than it needs to and wastes energy.
Q: Can I use a BBQ? A: Yes where provided — please clean it thoroughly before you leave. Some areas of Ibiza restrict BBQ use due to fire risk, so check and use it responsibly.
Q: Are there noise restrictions? A: Yes. Maximum 65 decibels (55 in residential areas) from 7am–11pm, dropping to 30 decibels from 11pm–7am. Local police enforce this with fines.
Q: Do children need to be supervised? A: Yes — please keep children supervised at all times. A new villa in a warm country is exciting to explore, but we ask guests to keep an eye on little ones so no one's holiday starts with a trip to the doctor.
Q: Is there a maximum number of guests allowed? A: Yes — the number of occupants must match your reservation and can't exceed the property's advertised capacity without prior written approval. Breaching this may lead to eviction or an added occupancy charge.
Q: Are bathroom and pool towels provided? A: Bathroom towels always are. Pool towels are included at some villas but not others (check your villa listing or ask us). Beach towels aren't provided — please bring your own, and don't take bathroom/pool towels to the beach.
Q: Is bedding provided? A: Yes, all bedding/sheets are provided as standard — the only exception is cots, so please bring your own cot sheets if you need one.
Q: Should I do anything with the parasols at night? A: Yes — please close all parasols at night. It can get windy, particularly near the coast, and open parasols risk being damaged by gusts of wind.
Q: What if I lose my keys? A: A minimum €100 charge applies to cover a lock change and maintenance.
