LOCATION
Only 5 kilometres from the main centre of Ibiza Town, and Marina Botafoch (the main marina area between Ibiza Tone & Talamanca beach). Located on the outskirts of Jesus village (2 kilometres), a suburb of Ibiza Town with traditional bars and restaurants, popular with the local community. The villa is in a great location for being close to the action in Ibiza Town, and also the wider delights of the island; for clubs Pacha is 3km (5-minute drive), Amnesia is 7km (8 minute drive) and Ushuaia Ibiza is 8km (8 minute drive); For beaches and beach restaurants Talamanca is 2.5 kilometres (5 minute drive) and Playa den Bossa is about a 10 to 15 minute drive.
The villa has a street address and so taxi drivers should know the street. Please be aware that at certain times of the day it can be difficult to get taxis and therefore, if required, we can provide door to door transportation 24/7 to get you to restaurants, beaches, beach clubs and clubs around the island.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
