LOCATION
The villa is located in a residential area known as Sa Carroca;
3 kilometres from the longest beach in Ibiza at Playa den Bossa
which is also home to Ushuaia Ibiza beach hotel and beach
restaurant and Hi Ibiza (the location that was formally Space), as
well as other beach clubs including Nassau. There are many
restaurants and bars as you would expect to find in a busy
resort.
Ibiza Town is 3.5 kilometres away and is where you will find,
mostly, traditional restaurants as well as bars in the bustling
harbour side where the super yachts reside in the summer.
Slightly further afield, but within 10 to 15 minute drive, are
more beaches and beach clubs including Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa at
Salinas beach, El Chiringuito at Es Cavallet and Blue Marlin at
Cala Jondal. There is a large supermarket (Mercadona) less than 1
kilometre away.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Pau Nou works really well for a family with older children, or for couples who want a great quality villa with easy access to Ibiza Town & Playa den Bossa. The style is traditional but with many modern touches, in particular there is a games room under the swimming pool with pool table. Some rooms have been adapted for wheelchair access (please check with us), and most rooms have independent access. The villa is in a residential area but on a large plot so not overlooked and private. As the villa is in a residential area you should be able to get taxis to & from the villa. This is a really great villa that always gets booked up early as great price & location
