OVERVIEW

Villa Sa Gaita is a high end modern boutique style family villa with 8 bedrooms close to Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan) in the north of Ibiza

The villa is located between San Miguel & San Juan (Sant Joan) so is in a great location for getting around the island, but will suit a family or couples looking for a relaxed holiday in a high-specification villa.

There are 8 bedrooms; 6 bedrooms are situated in the main house and 2 bedrooms are located in a separate house 25 metres from the main house

The outside dining area has been designed & furnished to a standard consistent with the rest of the villa. A well-equipped outside kitchen & beautiful outside dining area with BBQ, induction hob, sink & small fridge.

In addition, there is also an outside shower & 2 covered seating areas

Please be aware that the villa is set close to the road between San Miguel & San Juan, but the pool & outside dining area are to the back of the house. The inside is fully insulated so we don't believe that you will be disturbed by any road noise.

Daily breakfast (continental) is included and prepared for you by a professional chef (excluding Sunday) between 9.00am to 10:30am

In low season (March 23 - May 11 & September 21 - November 30):

  • Cleaning service: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 2 pax 3h/day. Change of towels + sheets once a week.
  • Continental breakfast not included but can be provided on request for an additional cost

In high season (May 12 - September 20):

  • Daily cleaning 2 pax 3h, except Sunday. Change of towels twice a week and sheets once a week.
  • Continental breakfast with private chef from 09:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, except Sunday.

The weekly Sunday market in Sant Joan (San Juan) village is a must visit.

Only a 25 minute drive to Ibiza Town so a very good option; and with more bang for your buck in the north of Ibiza very much worth a look

Located close to a petrol station and the road the leads to Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan) village so please expect some noise and please be aware that the villa, including pool and gardens, are visible from the road

Breakfast is included and cooked every day (excluding Sunday) by a professional chef (he is available to cook other meals for an additional charge (please book in advance) 

Daily cleaning (excluding Sunday) is also included making Villa Sa Gaita one of the best value modern villas in Ibiza

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival

Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Villa Sa Gaita (Staff Review)
Villa Sa Gaita is a lovey modern and contemporary villa with easy access to San Joan village with a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops for breakfast, lunch or dinner - and of course the Sunday "hippy" market. The images we have on our website do accurately portray the quality of the villa. There is one comment we want customers to be aware of regarding the location to check the villa is the right choice for you. The villa is situated very close to the road that leads to San Joan and the petrol station which also has a jet wash car wash, so if you are sitting around the pool without any music on you are likely to hear the road noise and (when in use) the jet wash. Inside the house is well insulated so we do not anticipate any disturbance, but as a responsible villa company we know it is our duty and responsibility to point this out to any potential customers. If you are looking rural & total privacy then there are other villas we would suggest for you - but as we say if you are looking for a modern & contemporary with a very short drive to Sant Joan (San Juan) village then this is a great choice
