OVERVIEW

Villa Sa Coloma is located within a large rural plot with fantastic views; and only 2.5 kilometres to the traditional "bohemian" village of San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja)

The traditional villa has 4 bedrooms, split across 3 floor and is reached via country (unmade) road

On the first floor is the main bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan, terrace with table, chairs and views (access to the large terrace is protected due to low ceiling height of the terrace walls) and en suite bathroom

The second bedroom is between the ground floor and the first floor; therefore split level from the first floor. This bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and small balcony with views across the countryside

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds and a ceiling fan

The fourth bedroom has a separate entrance and is located behind the main house with double bed, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom

On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and split level living room with dining area and door that lead to the porch with seating area and steps that lead to the pool and gardens.

LOCATION

Villa Sa Coloma is reached by a 1 kilometre country road (camino) that is accessed from the main road that runs between San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) and Ibiza Town (Eivissa); so rural but with easy access to getting to restaurants (please be aware as with any unmade country road/camino we advise to drive slowly, particularly in a small or low car)

San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) is a delightful traditional village with a bohemian vibe; great choice of restaurants, some shops and art galleries you can find along the cobbled back streets; and every Sunday you can enjoy the market. The annual Patron Saints day celebration is normally around the time of the mid-summer solstice so you expect a lively atmosphere that week to this otherwise relatively sleepy north Ibiza village.

Other nearby villages include the very small San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia) which is 6.7 kilometres, San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) 6.8 kilometres, San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) 13 kilometres and Santa Gertrudis also 13 kilometres

For Ibiza Town then the centre is 21 kilometres (approx. 24 minutes by car)

For beaches the nearest ones include: Cala Xarraca (5.8 kilometres), Benirras (7.5 kilometres), Portinax (9 kilometres) and Puerto San Miguel (11 kilometres)

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Sa Coloma is a 4 bedroom villa in a rural & tranquil area of north Ibiza near the village of San Joan, Benirras beach is 7.5 kilometres away. This is a very simple villa and reflects the area of the north which is known as being "organic" & "hippy". There is no air-conditioning and the furnishings are very simple, so the villa is suited to people who are looking for that simple & relaxed north Ibiza experience. This is a great value villa for total relaxation

Loved it - exactly what we we're expecting and better. Great location, especially if you like rural, beautiful villa, gardens and pool, with great facilities. Liked the rustic nature of it. Suggestion re car hire: advise that access is via an incredibly rough and long dirt track and requires suitable car!
