Villa Finca Serene is a lovely boho chic 4+ bedroom Ibiza villa located in the heart of the beautiful Ibiza countryside; close to the Atzaro Hotel (3 kilometres) & Santa Eulalia (4.6 kilometres)
The villa is a fusion of traditional & modern and has been featured in several style & design magazines, with building features including exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors and a modern kitchen
There are 6 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and all individually styled using mostly natural wood and stone. All the bedrooms are accessed from the central hallway, so will suit families as well as friends
The kitchen is quite minimalist but fully equipped. The exposed brick walls sit side by side with modern gadgets.
There is a large dining room as well as a room that can be used
as an office or a second living room.
The kitchen leads to the lounge with direct access to the outside

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi

outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
