OVERVIEW

Villa Sada is beautiful traditional style Ibiza rural finca that has been updated to a very high standard to provide a homely holiday rental villa. Set within a plot of 30,000 square metres the villa is located in the area known as the Morna Valley, very close to Atzaro Agroturismo hotel, and between the small village of Sant Llorenc de Balafia (San Lorenzo) and the large village of Sant Carles de Peralta (San Carlos) where you will also find the artisan market of Las Dalias.

There are 6 bedrooms, all beautifully styled and decorated, some bedrooms have exposed brick walls

All bedrooms have air conditioning, en suite bathroom and TV with satellite channels

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor
One bedroom has independent entrance and can only be accessed externally but is adjoined to the main house

4 bedrooms have a double bed, and 2 bedrooms have twin beds, although they can be set up as a double on request.  

The traditional style kitchen is fully equipped and has a wooden ceiling, seating area and fireplace. Access to the covered dining area where there is a brick built charcoal BBQ

The living and dining areas are semi open plan and again have a mix of modern furniture fused with traditional features including exposed brick walls.

LOCATION

Sant Llorenc de Balafia (San Lorenzo) is a small village about 5 kilometres away but with a couple of restaurants, in particular La Paloma is a popular place for al fresco dining in the gardens and with views  

The larger village of San Carlos is 4.6 kilometres, with Las Dalias 3.7 kilometres

Atzaro Agrotourism hotel, which as restaurants and a spa open to the public is only 3.4 kilometres

The larger resort of Santa Eulalia is less than 6 kilometres

The traditional village of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera is 13 kilometres, with a food selection of restaurants and bars around the church square

For beaches then you have many to choose from including Cala Nova, s'Argamassa, Cala Pada, Cala Llenya and Santa Eulalia to the east, and Aguas Blancas in the northeast

Only 21 kilometres away (25 minutes) is the centre of Ibiza Town with the widest choice of restaurants, bars and shops on the island; as well as the history and heritage of ibiza old Town (Dalt Vila); explore the cobbled streets and hidden places to eat

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
