These bedrooms have a ceiling fan and share a bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped and practical with a small dining table
The living room has air conditioning, dining table and access to the outside dining area which is fully shaded and also has views to the sea
The swimming pool measures 8 metres x 4 metres and there are loungers and a parasol

Villa Miquela is a rural villa located close to some of the smaller east coast beaches including Cals Boix, Pou des Lleo, Es Figueral, Cala Mastella and Aguas Blancas; while being only 4.6 kilometres from the traditional village of San Carlos (Sant Carles de Peralta) and 5.4 kilometres away is the legendary Las Dalias "hippy" market
3 kilometres away is the "Agroturisme Can Talaias" boutique rural hotel; a popular venue for weddings so perfect location if you are attending a wedding at the hotel
The large resort of Santa Eulalia is 11 kilometres with many other beaches nearby including Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and S'argamassa
There are some lovely traditional restaurants very close by including Restaurante Pou d'es Lleo only 1.3 kilometres away and Restaurante Cala Boix 1.4 kilometres, but with many more to discover in the wider area

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
