Less than 500 metres to the traditional village of San Carlos with a good choice of restaurants and bars. 1 kilometre from the villa is Las Dalias which has been a stalwart of the "alternative" scene in Ibiza for many decades with regular markets, music and food

Nearby beaches include the small and unspoilt beaches Aguas Blancas and Cala Mastella.
Small beaches with great beachfront restaurants include Cala Nova and Cala Pada
The larger resort of Santa Eulalia with many restaurants and shops is 6 kilometres and the beach is 7 kilometres away. Walk along the promenade and discover the smaller beaches along the coast from Santa Eulalia.

Ibiza Town is 20 kilometres by car, or you can catch one of the regular ferry services that run from Santa Eulalia and will take you past that dramatic scenery of the east coast and deliver you into the heart of Ibiza Town for shopping, eating and the history of Medieval old town

Lovely simple villa very close to San Carlos village, bars and restaurants. Please be aware that there isn't a pavement on the road from the villa to San Carlos village so, if you are walking, we recommend taking a torch

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

Casa Patri - Staff Review
Casa Patri is a really cute house only 400 metres from San Carlos village, the nearest bar is called Bar Anita which has kind of a legendary status in Ibiza - once upon a time it was reputed to be the only place in the area with a telephone. It's quite a compact space with open plan living & kitchen area. 3 bedrooms; 1 double, a twin & a single bedroom. You need to walk through the single bedroom to get to the twin bedrooms, but these rooms are ideal for children There is a swimming pool of course & portable BBQ. Casa Patri has a home from home feel and is, we think, great value
