OVERVIEW
Villa Cana is a rural Ibiza villa near the small and traditional
village of San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia). There are 6
bedrooms to sleep 12. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The villa building, originally a farmhouse, dates back over 300
years and is set in a huge plot measuring 90,000 square metres.
The villa has a main house with 4 bedrooms and a guest house
with 2 further bedrooms to sleep 12
But additional bedroom is available on request to if you want more
space (but still maximum 12 people)
Most bedrooms have original wooden ceilings
There are 4 bathrooms

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
