OVERVIEW

Villa Ca Na Bet is a rural villa set in a plot of 12,000 m2; very relaxing, peaceful and quiet location away from the crowds

There are 4 bedrooms, spread over 2 floors and with air conditioning on the upper level
Most rooms, including all bedrooms, have traditional Sabina wood ceiling
2 bedrooms have air conditioning and there are 2 living areas both with air conditioning

Both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning

Villa Ca Na bet is a rural Ibiza set in the heart of the Ibiza countryside between the villages of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) and Santa Gertrudis (de Fruitera) and 1 kilometre to the very small village of San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia) and offering an "away from it all" experience bit with great restaurants close by including Restaurante La Paloma and the traditional restaurants including Es Pins (2.5 kilometres) and 3 kilometres to the traditional restaurants of Cana Pepeta, Restaurants Cami de Balafia and Can Muson de sa Vila. A small convenience store (Comestibles C'an Toni Petit) is less than 3 kilometres from the villa

Beaches to the north include Benirras (9 kilometres), Puerto San Miguel (10 kilometres)

To the east is the large family resort of Santa Eulalia (9 kilometres to restaurants and shops and 10 kilometres to the beach). For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

Uber is not currently allowed to operate in Ibiza

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send you directions to the villa and a keycode 
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will not be arriving first & collecting the keys

Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
